why is studying humanities so important?  What can a person gain from this study? and can the humanities help you in the real world?

why am I studying for future, for my family.
see if there is no shools and nobody studies we will be like animals,I am studying for my countries future I want my country be good in future,I am very happy that there is school and everybody can learn,thank you that you have like this program.

The Humanities arms us with a world view which is critical. It allows us to examine who we are and in essence our subjectivities. It gives us a keener sense of self, of who we are, and allows us to be able to defend our psycho-socio cultural positions.

well... because of the culture we live in, and it's very important that we continue to practice our own culture and style of humanities is every region.
