He didn't really say 'seven', he just implied multiple trusses. He mentioned both a hernia and a spleen truss (whatever that is). :D

hernia truss
spleen truss

Obviously a trick question because the only trusses mentioned in the skit were the hernia and spleen trusses that he wanted to remove...
