what is a good dog and what is that dog called?

Are you looking for advice about what breed of dog to get?  If so, there are books available in the library that describe the different breeds, their characteristics and what care they need.  That would be a good place to start.

A good dog is any breed! Question is:
Is there a good owner for that type of dog?
