yes the age limit hasn't changed its still 16 with parental consent

what is the legal age to get a tattoo in New York now that the age has changed? Can you get a tattoo at age 16 with a parents concent?

i think it is 17 with parental consent but im not 100% positive i know that some places sighn at 17 and all can get at 18 but for the age of 16 i have no idea

the legal age is 18 without your parents consent, at the age of 16 you can get a tattoo with your parents permission.
