hood release on 95 plymouth voyager broke how do i find cable to release from underneath

I have the same van. It's real simple, all you have to do is remove the front grill. It has four small torx screws which you need to remove. Once it's removed you just push on the latching mechanism where the cable is attached to and open sesame.The latching mechanism is visible and easy to get to without the grill.

You have to take off the grill. The same thing hapned to me. I just left the grill off because I don't know how to fix it.
