I have been playing "at" golf for 20+ years. I know what my current handicap is, 20.7. Yes, a hacker. What I do not know is how to apply my handicap and my playing partners handicap in a round of golf. I have been to the USGA site, know all rules. Where do I go to find out how to "apply" this interesting system?  Example: I play to a 20 my partner plays to an 11. What gets allocated on what hole when? Please...
