I just read your letter.  I have a chrysler concord 94, and my fan doesn't shut off.  Do you know where I can get a cooling fan modular for a reasonable price.

It is most likely your head gasket. This vehicle has had a history of head gasket problems.

I've had a similar problem.  You may have a bad head gasket.  Buy the stuff at steelseal.com, it works for on blown head gaskets.  But also, that engine is well known for having a plastic peice involved with the intake that can let water into the piston.  This was told to me by a mechanic at Morin & Bros. in San Luis Obispo.  If you search that, call em, and ask em, they seemed very knowedgable on it.  They said it would be a $400 fix and I didn't have the cash.
Hope this helps

Just take it to a garage man, they will fix it for you.
