I need to know who actually owns the rights to 6 songs sung by Joe Simon between 1967 & 1984.  The songs are:

1. Chokin kind
2. Nine pounds of steel
3. I'm not making this up
4. Are we breaking up
5. The whoppie
6. There's a GOD somewhere

We want to use these songs in a documentary but are unclear of where we need to get permission from.
