its not legal for medical reason's because its cheaper to grow weed than to make THC in a lab it cost 180 a month for marinol and they cant sell weed for that because you can get a 1/4 for 25 or 30

marijuana isnt legal because the USA is "fighting a war on drugs" and pot  though relatively mild is still considered part of the problem.

I would have to say that if you can't spell Marijuana or Legal thats a pretty damn fine reason!!

Because the Government has not found a way to profit with it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to grow a plant. But you got to go through a process to make anything else. If you think about it if you're a health nut then marijuana is an organic sub for alcohol and other certain pharmaceuticals.
