What is a chihuahua'sintelligence?

Most of us who are owned by chihuahuas believe them to be very intelligent.  Although poodles are usually acknowledged to be the most intelligent of all breeds, I disagree, preferring to believe that the poodle is the best at scoring high on a test skewed toward compliant breeds.
