How do I adjust my PC settings to receive and see MIME format pictures?
the message source on these emails says my PC does not recognize this MIME format.

my question is my computer delivers the pictures unclear i believe it has to do with the speed settings. how do i correct this problem.in a step by step fashion. thanks.
