I am getting a connection refused message when attempting to login from anywhere but the console using telnet. Unixware 7.1.1

inetd.conf is starting the services (telnetd) and I can telnet out from the console. inetd is running...

Here , try this. Do a search using Windows and use the word "hosts" as the search name in the "all or part of the file name" search area. It will find two files, at least, with those words. One should be in the Windows directory folder and the other should appear in the Windows\System32\drivers\etc folder. In turn, double click each file and use Notepad to open them when asked for a program to use. Delete ALL of the info in each file. And then save each file. Now try to access your refused website. I would say it will work.
