good day,
       i need a help,is all about trying to book for visa appointment on the day i will come for an interview.please  tell me if i can do it on the internet/by post

what if Sb lost her B2 extension approved letter, which department will handle the record of this kind of letter?
my mom got extension visa approved in 2003, and left USA in time.right now when she want to visiting us again , the US embassy in Beijing need the a proof of  extension letter from INS.
i really don't know what to do!PLS HELP ME!
