I,m putting in a sliding door. There are outlets on both sides and one in the middle where the door will go. Can I take out the center outlet and wire it back together and run it under the door somehow. I need to keep it to complete the circuit as there are other outlets that it feeds. Can I just use wire nuts?

NO you can not use wire nuts and place the wire under the door where it could  get wet  and short out or ground to the door frame also you can not place a wire splice inside a wall   you need to take out the plugin where the door is going  and use the old wires to pull a new wire (12ga) from the left plugin to the right plugin going over the new door frame
