`95 CIRRUS LXI- Hard time starting>
my cirrus lxi v6 2.5 runs fine but every second time it takes extremely long ( about 3 minutes) to start the car . I the starter works fine but the engine jumps on only after 3 minutes. After that engine runs smoothly

Have you checked to see if you need a new distributer because that may be the problem and its just going to get worse till it don't start at all.  Around here I am able to buy one for about 150 dollars.  I think that may just be your problem though.
