yes it has.Its because the 50% of the population is of them. It would not only empower the society better but also the man and human race. Just think if your mother have been illiterate/literate.
         or if Nicki the girl does not study?
   I understand you people must go to the villages and she the plight of woman  there,ofcourse as a task.
