What is Ozone made out of? And are the ozone levels decreasing, if so how are they decreasing and why?

Ozone Layer is produced naturally in the stratosphere when highly energetic solar radiation which strikes the molecules of oxygen and causes the two oxygen atoms to split apart in a process called Photolysis.
By the way, the ozone layer is made out of
oxygen.

The ozone is made of gases and other stuff that helps keep ultraviolet rays to a mnimum!
