My cat is an outdoor cat and of course roams the neighborhood. My neighbor came over to tell me that my cat was urinating in his garden. Is there a product or a way to deter a cat from doing their business in a certain spot?

Your cat should not be in the neighbors yards at all.
How would you like it if the local dogs messed in your yard every day, and no one picked it up?
