What is the acceptable max number of broadcasts per second in a broadcast domain? In other hands, based only in the broadcast per second variable, when we must create a new broadcast domain? Over 10% of traffic? Or when we say that a host is congested by broadcast, what is the traffic limit in broadcasts?

Thanks
