u need to have stayed in canada for atleast 2yrs before u apply for the permanent residenship. u can seek help of a lawyer or an immigration consultant. They would ask u to fill in the form stating what all is asked in the form and send to their office(nearest to u). It normally takes 12weeks before u get ur PR cards. they shall respiond to u all by mail.
