Tip Drill is a friggin bangin ass and body but a buge up ugly ass face. or  it might mean when girls are gittin tips for strippin its like they r doin a drill a tip drill Where can u find that vid on the net?

a tip drill is not some1 with a body no face...a tip drill is some1 with an a$$ so fat all you can do is drill the tip of your....

a tip drill is a someone who dances(stripper)for money or someone who passes out the money (the tipper)
