Yes the breeder gets all the first shots and gets thier pups wormed and gets health checks done, and would not ask alot of money unless the pups were of high quality or showable. are you trying to make money?? breeders do not breed to make money because if you do it right you would be lucky to break even. You could get sued if you dont get the pups vet checked and one gets sick when the new owners take it home and then need to pay extensive vet bills. So yes you need to get them shots and wormed and checked in general.

Why would selling the puppies for alot of money have anything to do with the situation? If you are a breeder of high quality dogs or of muts you should always take care of them properly.

No it is not required. Depends on where you are, it is NOT against the law and you don't really have to do anything. As long as the customer knows that the pup has not had any shots and are ok with that, the deal is done and they can not come back to say that they were mislead. But yes, it is a good idea to get first shots.
