...replace my brake? Is this something I can do...

How do I replace my brake?  Is this something I can do myself, or do I need to take it to a specialty shop?

If this is for your inline skates, just take it to the owner of the skating rink where you go and the owner will usually do it for you.  That's what my daughter does. He does not charge her anything either.
