IN THE MOVIE AND TV SERIES ON THE DOOR TO THE SWAMP THERE IS A SYMBOL THAT RICHARD HOOKER ALSO HAD ON HIS DOOR IN KOREA.  THIS SYMBOL IS A GOOD LUCK/EVIL EYE SYMBOL.  I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE I CAN OBTAIN A COPY (PREFERABLY ELECTRONICALLY)?  IF YOU KNOW SEND LINK OR RESPONSE TO snappinred187@yahoo.com AND PLEASE NOTE IN THE SUBJECT LINE MASH 4077 SWAMP DOOR SYMBOL.

THIS IS SOMETHING I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND NOW FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS - I NEED IT FOR A TATTOO IDEA.

I know that symbol appears on the cover of many Somerset Maugham books. Maybe one of the books has an explanation for the symbol, or you could at least get a high-res scan...
