I just brought home an 8 week old JRT.  He is about 80% paper trained.  How should I go about training him to "go" outside?

Take him out for a walk every 2 hours and if u need to go out put him in a crate. It works on mine and whenever she needs to go she'll just sniff around or whine. JR are really smart dog. Take him out whenever you see him sniffing around. Soon he'll know that he has to go outside.
