Has he been bred before? if not he might not be quite sure what to do. if he has he might be waiting for the right time. they can smell the hormones that tell them the precise time

i have discovered that the 2 dogs don't really want anything to do with eachother the first week of the heat cycle. this has happened 4 different times with my 2 girls and a friends 3 girls. i own the male.watch out the 2nd week though, you can barely keep them "unglued" if you know what i mean.
