I gave my mom custody when I knew I was going into detention so my baby wouldn't go into DSS custody. I want custody back. She has HIV and falls alot,so I'm afraid to leave the baby with her. I have a conduct disorder, I believe it's ODD and I can't live there any more because we fight all the time. I am trying to get the right kind of help for my condition. What can I do.
