I have a 1953 Silver Cer. that has blue seals and serial numbers with a star in the serial *06025376A, also the front of the bill is shifted up to the edge of the bill  and to the right with a gap at the bottom and left. The back of the bill is also slightly shifted the same. The bill is in VF? condition with 3 faint folds, not creases, that are not noticable unless you really look. No wear on the edges or torn corners, not even what you would call a folded corner. Any idea if it is anything of value???

Hi...with 3 folds the grade would be XF which dealers are selling at about $22 or so.This is dealer selling price (retail). If you sell your note to dealer you will be offered less so the dealer can make a profit on the sell.
