Who ever was writing that is GAY !! Someone asks a question and they want the answer just because your stupid and don't know the answer don't pick on the smarter ones!! Losers. Anyway the answer is It was very hard for the soldiers in war they didn't much have a choice to go to war though Emmy, they had to fight for they're families ,some died some survived.It was hard to survive back then they had hardly any food, poor money and poor lives.Women had to clean,cook what they had,and if you were a women back then you were usually picked to be a nurse for the soldiers that got hurt.So the answer to your question is " They're life was VERY VERY Hard !!." And you boys and girls that are writing such nasty things on this darling website WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE ! these soldiers risked they're lives for you and yet you say they're "gay" yeah well if you were alive back then you would of got shot because of that attitude ! so i advise you to lose it. -- Chelsey ~ : )
