my finance is diabetic, how do u bring the sugar level down when it is high, without going to the hospital?

You would need shots of insulin available to administer to her should she need them.  This must be kept cold (in a refrigerator), and should only be used after full instruction and approval by a doctor.  Ask you fiancee to speak to her specialist about the possibility of having a home supply of insulin.

grapefruit & cinnamon help.
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. per day will lower sugar up to 20%.  it also drops your cholesterol & tryglyceride levels.  You can take more than that.
eating 3 grapefruit, 3 times a day will also help regulate your blood sugar.
