17 YEARS AGO MY SONS FATHER LEFT ME WHEN I WAS PREGNANT.HE NOW WANTS TO COME BACK INTO MY SONS LIVE.HE HAS NEVER SEEN HIS SON. HE IS FROM ALGERIA AND I AM AMERICAN. WHY DOES HE WANT A BIRTH CERTIFICATE? WHY IS HE ASKING HIS BROTHER TO TELL HIS WIFE AND HER FAMILY THAT MY SON IS TO BE INCLUDED IN HIS WILL? WHY CAN'T HE TELL HIS WIFE AND HER FAMILY HIMSELF?

don't listen he will just leave you guys again.But if he tells his brother's wife he is not a good man . I would suggest to marry some other kinder man that is single or he wants to marry twice.

Well I think that maybe he is maybe embarrassed or ashamed to tell his wife personally that he wants to inclucde your son in his will. He also wants to be part of your son's life because he wants to make up for the lost time of 17 years. He probably regretted it and thats why he is wanting to be part of your son's life.

Because men who leave women who are pregnant with their child are cowardly little boys. Your ex simply doesn't have the balls to tell his wife himself so he is asking his brother to do it for him. Typical. If your son wants to his father to be in his life, then I guess at 17, he has the right to choose. If not, then at least you have an ocean to help "buffer" the situation. Good luck with everything! I have recently been left by my fiance and am now 8 months pregnant with his child. I have no idea what the future holds, but i bet he turns out to be just as much of a coward about it.
