why would my4 month old mastiff urinate on my couch, our bed, and my daughters bed?

He thinks that is where he should potty. It is possible that he got a laugh or just liked the attention he got (even if you were punishing him). Make sure there is no urine scent on the bedding, and keep a close eye on him. If you catch him in the act say 'No, shaaaame.' and put him outside or in his crate for a 15 minute time out.
