Software Testing: the process of exercising software and verifies and satisfies the customer requirement. need for Testing tool,to learn new-technology easy to find out the errors.

Now a days WINRUNNER, Test Director, Load Runner and QTP has demand... Better u learn them... Very few companies r seeking for Rational Robot and Silk also...

Software testing is a process of obtaining a good quality product by identifying and removing software bugs. There are several tools like: Win runner, load runner, QTP, SQl etc.. This depends on you. Which ever tool u select, we(tester) have to indetify the software bugs and prevent it from the application under test.
