ich möchte eine mehrzeilige Formel schreiben (in eqnarray-Umgebung), in der mehrzeilige Ausdrücke geklammert sein sollen. Ich habe "\left(" benutzt, dann "\nonumber \ " für den Zeilenumbruch und wollte den Ausdruck iin der nächsten Zeile mit "\right)" abschließen. Der Kompiler akzeptiert diese Lösung aber nicht, gibt Fehlermeldung aus und im .dvi-file erscheint die schließende Klammer nicht. Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?

So eine alte Frage und keine Antworten? Auf was für'ner Seite bin ich hier gelandet? ;) Zum Problem: Schließe deine Klammer vor dem Zeilenwechsel formal mit "\right." ab (keine Ausgabe) und öffne in der nächsten Zeile einfach mit "\left.".

Die Klammer in der oberen Zeile mit \right. abschließen und in der unteren Zeile mit \left. beginnen. Wenn dann die beiden Klammern nicht gleich groß sind, einfach Platzhalter einbauen, z.B. sowas wie \frac{ }{ } ohne Inhalt

du must in jeder Zeile die "fehlende" Klammer mit "\left." bzw. "\right." simulieren Grüße, Ansgar
