What are the cons of getting a tattoo?

Besides social cons, like being judged because you have tattoo's, etc, there are medical cons, ie.  infection, and you may not be able to have an MRI because of metallic based inks.

i have tattoos 2 right now but if i get more will i get ink poisoning or anything to that effect

you can't use antibiotic creams/aloe based creams to moisturize your tattoo--it can deform the shape and mess up the colors.
