Brakes on my 2003 Tundra TRD are mushy compared to that of my son's2003 tacoma or most other cars, Fords, especially with really responsive brake pedals, even with many miles on them.  Benn to dealer twice, replaced Master Cylinder and adjusted brakes at dealer.  better but still mushy.  Pumping them seems to help, for a while.  Seems like they need to be bled down or adjusted outward some (disks up front).  Has anyone else noticed this "problem"?

I had the same problem on my 03 Tundra TRD. I went to the dealership and they adjusted and replaced the brake buster. It still has some play but better. I did notice if you set the parking brake it seems to readjust the settings.
