How would i go about on finding my brother mark that i havent seen in 11 years

like ask your mom or dad, then ask grandparents, cousins, ect.  If you know his last name and city, see if you can find him in the white pages.  If you ever do find him make sure you send him a Christmas card every year and ask for updates on phone#, email address and street address.  If he is lazy, send a self-addressed stamped envelope.  Or even better, get a nationwide calling cell phone and call him everyday and ask if he changes his number to let you have the new one.  If after a week he has changed his number without telling you then take that as aclue that he does not want you in his life, but you never know until you try.

HOW WOULD I GO ABOUT FINDING MY BROTHER I HAVE NEVER MET HIM AND MY MOTHER ASKED ME TO TRY AND FIND HIM HIS NAME IS JAMES MICHAEL S.
