If i deal 11 damage to darksteel colossus, and give it -1/-1 at the end during combat phrase or cleanup phrase, does it die by -1/-1, or it must be a total 11 -1/-1?

If you dealt 11 damage to an 11/11 it would die because it was dealt lethal damage.. hehe not much of a question..

I think what you were asking if you dealt 10 damage to an 11/11, then before cleanup, gave it -1/-1 what would happen.

If at any time before cleanup a creature has lethal damage equal or greater than its toughness, it is destroyed. Both damage and -1/-1 type effects stay with creatures until end of turn.

By the way, it means nothing to the darksteel anyway since it is indestructible, and destroy effects, such as lethal damage wont do anything to it. If you want to kill it, you would have to give it -11/-11, since having 0 toughness is not a destroy effect, its just a "put into graveyard" effect.

Its indestructible!  Lethal damage and destroy effects don't effect it.

if u give the Darksteel colossus -11/-11 you will effectively remove it from play to the graveyard, but since it's second ability will be triggered it just returns to the owner's library.

The answer to both of you is no. You cant kill it which makes it a newb card. The best thing to do is use the enchant creature card called pacifism.
