why would you put someone full name and ssn on a unsecured web site?

i am looking for Paul Whitehouse, we lost contact about 2 years ago. he moved from PMB to England.

i am looking for Paul Whitehouse, We lost contact about 2 years ago.  he lived in PMB and then moved overseas with his family to the UK. PLease if anyone know where he is please e-mail me at admin@st-leger.co.za  thanks

I AM LOOKING FOR AN OLD GIRLFRIEND THAT I LIVED WITH IN OKLAHOMA. MELONY ASHTON SHE LEFT ME AND MOVED BACK TO MISSOURI. PLEASE HELP ME FIND HER.
