my guinea pig is eating very little what can I do to get her to eat more.

You should check her poop to see if its runny, or if anything else seems unnatural. If there is more than just her little eating, then take her to the vet. She might need some antibiotics. Otherwise if she just cut down her food, start putting vitamin c in her water you can find it at Petco or any pet store, that should help.

what if it hasn't been pooping cause it wont eat?

If you are unsure that your guinea pig is not eating very well then i suggest you should try feeding it your self or if your guinea pig is in a cage with another guinea pig one of them could be eating all off the food and the other one feels like she/he cant eat the right amount of food. So i think you sould separate them.
