I'm thinking about getting my bellybutton pierced. My parents won't let me, so my friends and I are going to this one guy's house...he used to own a tattoo parlor, but now he just does it in his house. This guy also doesn't require a parent/guardian to be with you, no matter how old you are. I don't know what to do or what to except. Should I trust this and go for it? HELP!!

Definitely not!  Belly button piercing takes knowledge, sterilized sharp proper tools, and you possibly could pass out.  If he doesnt have a hi-tech sterilizer, don't do it.  You risk infection, aides, hepatitis, and any blood borne virus.  It's not worth it.  Do it legally somewhere.

I would go check out the place first and then if it seams like a clean place then with your friends get it....you will get in trouble....but I would really try and reason with them first like say can I have it on my birthday or something like that.

don't do it.  if you want to ignore your parents (assuming you are under the age of majority) but want adult freedoms; then be completely responsible for yourself.  get a job, pack your stuff up and move out. you're grown up and can make your own decisions. right???

I'vealways wanted it done- but everyone i know whose gotten it done-even legally- gets an infection somewhere along the line. think about what would happen just doing it in some guys house.. probably not the cleanest.. or the safest

Ok if i were you i wouldent get it done there.Expeacialy if he dosent require parents signitures. And  make sure he cleans the needles make sure he dosent us them on someone even your friends with out cleaning it.And i Definitely wouldent do it my self you no how bad your belly button would get infected. And if you do go eat some thing sugary befor you go it will stop you from possibly passing out.

don't do it!!!! your parents will freak!! and besides if your responsible enough to have your belly button pierced then you should be responsible enough to talk to your parents about it. and if they say no then just wait. and remember god has everything happen for a reason so if they say no maybe it's because if you were to get it done then something bad could happen. so just go with what ever happens. let your parents tell you what's right. they are older and wiser, and they do know what's right even though we want to think that we do. but in reality WE DON'T! so take my advice and think about it. luv, manda

Don't do it. If you really want to get it don't try and convince you parents about getting it done and tell them that you will pay for it your self and tell then you know how to take care of it. but DO NOT go and get it done at someones house you never know what you can get from the needles not being sterilized rite.
