how much is a 1963 $2 bill with the serial # printed in red and a red seal. signatures included Kathryn OKay Pravchan treasurer C. Douglas Dillon Secretary of Treasury.Also on the upper right corner is H4 and on the lower left corner is H1

Hi..real a common note in circulated grades.In average circulated grades a value range of $3.75-$4.05 of course this is without bad stains,holes or tears.

funny i came across a 1963 2 bill and was looking the answer to the same question. i would think its value is more i mine as well destory it if its only value 3-4.
