Where is the rheostat in dodge dakota 4 cylinder year 2001?...

Where is the rheostat in dodge dakota 4 cylinder year 2001? The fan only works at high, not at all at low and mid speed.

Check firewall on right side (1 foot down from
R wiper center) Two wires into removable plate
held by 1/4" sheet metal screws. Unscrew and remove. You will see the coils of resistor. Water gets into housing-common prob !!-rusts
coils. $15 at Dodge parts.  FLY
