Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day. Eat healthy - avoid "junk food", and fattening, or oily/greasy foods. Make sure to exercise as well. Wash your face twice a day, and once a day, squeeze lemon juice onto a cotton ball/pad and apply this as a toner AFTER you wash your face. Also, once a week, or every other week, try finding a good spa or salon to get a facial at.

hi,

The best way to get rid of pigmentation is to avoid the sun. This is a slow process, but eventually those marks will start fading away.

If you want home made remedies to fasten the process, try applying 2/3 honey mixed with 1/4 lemon juice every day. Leave the mixture on you face for a long as you want (longer the better) then wash it off. Please note, that this is not a over night remedy, will take a while. But it gradually you will see it working.

lot of people make the mistake of over ex foliating pigmented area. This will only make things worse.
