How long does toxoplasma gondii remain infective in a sandbox? Our play center has had a problem with cats using the sandbox. It is now covered. We don't no whether we need to change the sand or if there is another way of getting rid of any toxo still in the sand?

HI IM 13 AND I HAV 3 CATS ...JUS TO INJFOR YA, WELL IF I WERE YOU I WOULD CHANGE DA SAND BECUZ IT IS HARMFUL SO U KIDS WHO PLAY IN IT THERE AR SO MANY JERMS YOU WOULD NOT KNOW IF DAT CAT HAD WORMS THEN THEY GOT DIGERSTED INTO THE SAND BOX WERE UR CHILDERN PLAY!
