I think it's "quid Malmborg in Plano" consternation leads to elucidation."

PP found a lighter with "Malmborg in Plano" on it and looked up Plano, TX and another Plano, "and there is no Mr. Malmborg." According to a Rolling Stone interview circa 1971-2.

Properly the line is "But, quid Malmburg in Plano, consternation turns to elucidation".

Malmburg in Plano is a mystery phrase. Austin once claimed he saw it on a cigarette lighter.

"Malmburg in Plano" is verified but origin is unknown. Supposedly was enscribed on a lighter one of them found.
