How much antibiotic injection do I give my Lab, she is 5 years old and has allergies which she is taking meds for but she has an infection in the lob of her ear, the flap of her ear is full of fluids and we have been draining it daily but it does not seem to be as much help as I'm sure the antibiotics could be. she weighs about 55 lbs
