No, but I would venture to say that the Canadian Kennel Club could help you.  If all else fails, come visit me in Minnesota and I'll introduce you to two of my favorite breeders, we'll just have to time your visit to coincide with a time when they have litters available.

Thank you for asking, as always you can do your own looking, but please avoid any breeder who won't let you see the puppies in the breeding facility, let you see the dam and if possible the sire, spend at least an hour there with the litter and doesn't want to ask or answer questions.  The rest you already know or can find by reading other threads.

thanks chimama
i also have another question. i'vebeen reading tons about chihuahuas, and currently have two myself, in fact, i'mso in love with them that i decided that i  would love to breed chihuahuas, not the ones i have now, because..well, let's say conformation and pedigree wise, that would not be advisable. but i do really want to breed chihuahuas sometime in the near future and just want to know-even if you have a great foundation female, is it still necessary to attend shows and such?

Oh Yes, it is even more important to attend shows.  You will need to get to know breeders who have suitable studs, and also they can be an enormous source of information as you begin your breeding career.  This is also where you will make connections that help you place the pups, and you will need to show dogs you have bred in order to build up the reputation for producing show quality animals.

thanks chimama
i just wanted to know because although i would really live to attend shows, but every time i try to find one in my area, i come up empty handed, which i find really disappointing. Hopefully when i do plan to start breeding i will have more time to go out of town. If you every hear of any shows coming to Montreal (especially chihuahua specialty shows!) please let me know.
Thanks again
