I am a large woman 315lbs. I want to buy a treadmill but most of the ones I see have a weight capacity of 250lbs. The ones that are for larger people cost thousands of dollars. The most I can afford is around $600. Would it be safe for me to use a treadmill with a weight capacity of 250lbs.
Thanks AP
