Walk. Better yet, check the road for unusual noise or vibration near the scene of your terrible plight. This simple check is done by placing your ear on or near the road surface approximately 1 ft. from the centerline and waiting until sufficient traffic has traveled over (in both directions, just to be sure - keep that head down!) before we get the results we're all hoping for.

well that last one was mean, good thing he know everything. helpy, you probably needed the wheel bearing changed for quite some time.  you now probably need a spindle, new bearings (both sides!!!), new brake parts including springs brake shoes, cylinder and drum. unless it broke the studs off or came off the studs. then just put new studs on, or put the whee back on.

How about u taking the car to the shop after u get the wheels on and have them tighten the lugs. usually about 85lbs.
